Carol Lee “Kay” Overly, 72, of Midland, passed away on January 28, 2015 at MidMichigan Medical Center. She was born on August 29, 1942 to the late Pearl and Betty (Draves) Dice. On June 10, 1961 Carol married Charles Overly who predeceased her in 2005. Carol was a member of the Albright Shores Eagles Auxiliary 3655. She enjoyed bingo and bowling but she loved playing her daily numbers. Carol is survived by her children; Carla and Jim Sasse, Colleen Bock and Curtis Overly and Kim Hale, Paul Bock, grandchildren; Chad and Becky Sasse, Kayla and Nathan Friske, Justin, Roseanne, Charles and Alisha Bock, Jacob, Chris, Brooke and Tyler Matthews, Cole, and 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers and sisters; Jerry (Bev) Dice, Duane (Mickey) Dice, Marlene Overly, Wanda (Leon) Schneider, Wilma (Bernie) Lorranger and Patsy Dice and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother in law Fred Overly. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the North Midland Family Center.
