To Bill’s wife, children, grandchildren and other family members: I was so sorry to learn of Bill’s illness and passing. We worked together at Dow and I always remember Bill as a hard worker and a kind man. Since those days, I would enjoy times running into him at the store. Always good for many minutes of catching up. Your family is in my prayers.

In junior high Billy and I decided to go across the road to see who was the toughest. Needless to say the fight was on. I have to admit that Billy could really chuck wood. There was a big crowd and traffic stopped. Three guys got out of their car and stopped the fight. After that Billy and I became friends and we both agreed that were glad that the fight was broken up.He will be missed. My prayers are with his family.

I love you papa! I’m going to miss all of your jokes, filling in the coin books together, you always singing your “champion” song whenever you beat me in a game, the quad rides, going to the shooting range, teaching me how to cook, and me always having to teach you how to do things on your phone or computer. You always knew what to say to people to brighten their day. You’ve had a big impact on my life and you’re going to be missed so much. I hope you “Have a sparkling good day.” Many people will miss that saying of yours. I love you!

Bill was such a character at work. I always enjoyed his drop off to the lab, except for the smell. He always had a chemical that smelled like skunk on his boots. Always good for a funny story or quick wit.

I worked with Bill for a few years at Dow. I remember when I first started there, Bill was making a big batch of spaghetti for lunch and I thought it was for everyone to share. I soon found out that it was HIS lunch. I had no idea that a thin guy like Bill could put away that much food. Over the 3 years we worked together, I came to realize that his appetite wasn’t just for food; it was for life.

My condolences for all those he left behind. I’ll tip back a cold one for you, Bill.

We are cousins. For some reason as kids we called him “cheater Bill”. Don’t remember why. A great man from a great family. He will be missed.

Bill was an amazing man.I remember going to Nana and Bills house with Cadence when we were kids and riding the Quad, feeding the bunnies, or Making pizza for dinner! One memory I have is when we were making pizza ,we were cutting the toppings and I cut the pepperonis and he came by me and grabbed a piece and told me he had to make sure it tasted good so I grabbed a piece of the ham he cut up and said well I have to make sure it tasted good and we both laughed.Bill would always make me and cadence laugh all the time when we had sleepovers at their house.Bill and Nana would always treat me as family and I’m so thankful .I will be keeping my memories of Bill extra close to my heart and will be sending prayers to his family.
