Harold “Hal” Richard All Jr., 65, died unexpectedly on Sept. 29, 2010. Hal was born on Aug. 21, 1945 in Fayetteville, NC to the late Altha (Phillips) and Harold R. All Sr. On June 1, 1996, Hal married his sweetheart Janet Otey in Midland. Hal was in the U.S. Army from 1965-68, honorably serving his country in the Vietnam War. Hal worked as a Police officer for 7 years before becoming interested in oil and gas acquisitions, which he did until joining Dow Chemical in 1989. He retired from Dow Chemical Louisiana Division in 2004. Hal also taught Motorcycle safety at Delta College for 21 years retiring from their in June 2010. Hal was an avid motorcyclist and loved his family. Hal is survived by his wife Janet of Midland; sons, Sam (Amy) All of Broken Arrow, OK., Mike (Sherrie) All of Chicago, ILL, Tim (Linda) Griese of Sarasota, FL; daughter, Sue (Captain Bob) Greene of Sarasota, Fl.; grandchildren, Kendra, Zack, Kayliegh, Ella; sister, Carol (Dr. Fred) Shaw of Plattsburgh, NY; nephew, Fred Shaw and niece, Suzanne Shaw. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 2, at 1:00 pm at Mt. Haley Church of God with Pastor’s David Auckerman and Lenes Gomez officiating . The family will receive friends at Smith-Miner Funeral Home, 2700 W. Wackerly, on Friday Oct. 1 from 5 to 7 pm and on Saturday at the church from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.
