Jacquelyn Brzenk, 75, passed away on November 19, 2019 in Rockledge. Florida. She was born on August 4, 1944 in Detroit, MI to the late John and Ireta (Schlosser) MacInnis. On February 16, 1966 she married Wallace Brzenk and they had over 50 wonderful years together before he predeceased her on October 25, 2017.
Jacki moved to Sanford, Michigan with her husband, Wallace Brzenk, to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren. During her time in Michigan, Jacki was extremely active. Keeping herself busy with a variety of fitness classes, she was an avid reader, traveled all over the US with her husband, held the position as the treasurer for her motorcycle club: Star Touring Motorcycle Club 266, and never missed a sporting event or extracurricular activity for her granddaughters. She made many friends, created countless lifelong connections, and watched families and their children grow during her long-time job as a receptionist at a pediatrician’s office. After the passing of her husband, Jacki moved to Rockledge, Florida along with her daughter, Michelle, youngest granddaughter, Shelby, and her beloved kitty, Mickey. In Florida, she made amazing new friends, found ways to be involved in her new community, and could always be found enjoying the Florida sunshine. She made trips to the pool daily, loved caring for her beautiful flowers, enjoyed frequent bike rides around her neighborhood, relaxed on her sun porch with Mickey, loved visiting the beach and swimming in the ocean, and spent countless hours with her family.
Jacki was always there with a warm smile and great advice to anyone who needed it. She was always accompanied by her amazing and silly sense of humor and loved making others laugh. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and anyone she met on all of her amazing adventures.
Jacki is survived by her daughter, Michelle Gouge and significant other, David Rohn, and her grandchildren, Sydnie, Samantha and Shelby. She is also survived by her sister, Terri Studebaker, nieces, Jamie Studebaker , Stephanie Studebaker and cousins, Bill MacInnis, Shawn Ellis and Michael Ellis. In addition to her husband Wallace she was predeceased by her son Michael Brzenk, brother, Lee MacInnis and nephew, Curtis MacInnis.
