Lillian L. Barber, 86, of Midland, passed away on September 8, 2018 at MidMichigan Medical Center. She was born on February 24, 1932 to the late Harry and Lillian (Rock) Lisee. On August 24, 1954 Lillian married Milton F. Barber who predeceased her on December 25, 2015.
Lillian enjoyed bingo, and bowling. She was inducted in the bowling â€œHall of Fameâ€ in 2017 and was bowling family of the year in 1989. She will be missed by many of her bowling family. Lillian loved her grandkids and watching them in their adventures in sports.
Heaven gained an angel! We were so blessed to call this amazing woman our mom and grandma! She will be greatly missed by many! Everyone that knew her loved her! She was such a special and kind-hearted woman! She loved to put a smile on your face and gave the best hugs to everyone.
Lillian is survived by her children, Michelle Altman, Milton â€œMickâ€ Barber II, grandchildren; Renee (Chris) Summers, Paige Barber, Brianne (Jessica Butts) Altman, Carly Barber, 2 great-grandsons, Bryce and Gavin Summers. She is also survived by her siblings Earl (Chris) Lisee.
Lillian was predeceased by her siblings, Harry Lisee, Jr, Joyce Pahssen and Daniel Lisee.
A Funeral Service will be held at 6:30pm on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Smith-Miner Funeral Home with Pastor Don Duford. Friends may visit with the family from 4pm until the time of service.
