Mary Lince, 92 of Midland entered eternal life on November 17, 2013 at her home with her family by her side. Mary was born June 5, 1921 in Midland Michigan, daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Lepeak) Solosky. She married the love of her live, Clarence Lince on May 21, 1949 at St. Brigid Catholic Church in Midland. She graduated from Midland High School, and furthered her education by graduating at the Bay City Business College. Mary retired from Dow Chemical in 1981 where she served as a private secretary and librarian.She was a member of St. Brigid Catholic Church, and volunteered on various church projects. She also enjoyed volunteering in her community particularly with Mid-Michigan Community Action Agency, and with the Ladies of Blessed Sacrament bazaars and rummage sales. She enjoyed camping, crafts, crocheting, sewing, and especially spending time with her children and her grandchildren.Mary is survived by her husband of 64 years Clarence, children Mike and Julie Lince of Traverse City, Tom and Vicki Lince of Boyne City, Mary and Jerry Andrus of Auburn, and Susan and Jack Neill of Alanson. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, her sister Wilhelmina Dockham, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers Lawrence and Jerry Solosky, her sister Theresa Ward, and daughter-in-law Sue Ellen Lince. A Funeral Liturgy will be held Friday, November 22, 2013 at St. Brigid of Kildare at 11:00 am with Fr. Patrick O?ÇÖConnor officiating. Visitation will be held at Smith-Miner Funeral Home on Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 4 until 7pm with a Vigil Service at 6:30 and on Friday at the church from 10:00 am until the time of service.
