Maxine R. Beeman, 86, of Midland passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at MidMichigan Medical Center. She was born January 22, 1928 to the late Stanley and Anastasia “Nettie” (Lobodzinski) Wejrowski. Maxine married William Beeman on October 4. 1947 at St. Anthony’s in Fisherville. Maxine was a self employed beautician at the Golden Comb where she loved working for over 40 years. Maxine was a charter member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church where she was involved in the ladies group. She was also a member of Canada Creek Ranch in Atlanta, MI where she loved to spend summers with her family. Maxine loved her family and grandchildren and felt family was most important. Maxine is survived by her husband, William Beeman, children; William D. Beeman of Midland, Mark Beeman of Flagstaff, AZ, Karen (William) Wray of Defiance, OH and Dan (Diana) Beeman of Tomball, TX., grand children; Jennifer, Dawn, Katie, William, Allie and Jai and great grandchildren; Kyle, Jack, Karissa, Brayden, Kyle, and Abree. Maxine also is survived by one sister Joanne Wejrowski of New York, NY. Maxine was predeceased by her daughter-in-law Geeta Chowdhry, wife of Mark Beeman. A funeral liturgy will held at 11:00 am, Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Blessed Sacrament Church with Fr. Kevin Maksym officiating. Visitation for Maxine will be on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 from 4 to 7 pm at Smith-Miner Funeral Home and on Thursday at the church from 10 am until the time of service.
