Ruth H. Boboltz, 88, of Midland, passed away at her home surrounded by family on March 5, 2021.  She was born on October 16, 1932 to the late Adolph and Frieda (Minke) Kautz. Ruth married Ralph M. Boboltz on June 5th, 1954, and they shared sixty-six loving years together.

Ruth worked for Dow Corning for many years and loved her job. Ruth was a very loving and giving person. The most important things in her life were her family, who she devoted herself and her faith.

Ruth is survived by her husband Ralph M. Boboltz; children, Patricia (Roger) Hornby, Scott (Jamie) Boboltz; sister, Shirley (Kautz) Mackie; brother, Harold Kautz; sister in-law, Kristine (Stanley) Waskiewicz; grandchildren, Jaclyn (Eric) Ingraham, Angela (Aleksander Keselman) Mapes, Sara Boboltz, Andrew Boboltz, Matthew Boboltz She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Ruth is predeceased by her in-laws Fred and Helen (Becker) Boboltz; sisters, Gertrude (Harold) Doe, Lorraine (Charles) Johnson; brothers, Elmer (Jean) Kautz, Eldon (Ruth) Kautz, Edmund Kautz, Leonard (Shirley) Kautz; brothers in-law, Robert Mackie, David (Florence Buehler) Boboltz; sisters in-law Judy (MacKenzie) Kautz, Florence (Buehler) Boboltz, nephews, Stephen Kautz and Gregory Boboltz.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Messiah Lutheran Church of Midland with Pastor Dennis Kreil officiating.  Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 am until time of service.

    I am so sorry for your loss. Aunt Ruth was such a great lady. I remember our family visiting Michigan in the summers or her family coming to our house in Maryland. She was always so kind and loving to me, and I will truly miss her.
