Sarah Ann Kremer Hollingsworth Simonich, 87, of Midland, died on May 29, 2012 at Tendercare-Mt. Pleasant. Sarah was born in Superior, WI on March 28, 1925 to the late Charles and Sarah (Mahoney) Kremer. Sarah was blessed to have been married to two wonderful men, Earl Hollingsworth who predeceased her in March 1970 and Fred P. Simonich who predeceased her in Jan. 2002. Sarah loved playing golf, going bowling, sewing, knitting, playing bridge and playing with her grandchildren. Sarah is survived by daughters, Mary K. Stutelberg of Midland, Margaret (Kirk) LeClere of Midland; son, John (fiance Margie Gall) Hollingsworth; grandchildren, Bob, Jim (Mary) Stutelberg, Scott (Kellie), Brandon & Ryan Hollingsworth, Katie, Annie LeClere, Tom (Kristine), Tyler & Sarah Hollingsworth; and great grandchildren, Molly, Lillian, Maggie, Lucie, Michael, Bobby, Reece, John and daughter-in-law Kim Hollingsworth. Sarah was predeceased by daughter, Sally Ann Hollingsworth; son, Thomas K. Hollingsworth; grandson, Michael Stutelberg and sister Thurza Wolf. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at Blessed Sacrament Church on Monday, June 4, 2012 at 11:00 am with Father Peter Gaspeny officiating and with burial to follow at a later date in Ft. Snelling, Minneapolis. The family will receive friends at Smith-Miner Funeral Home, 2700 W. Wackerly on Sunday, June 3 from 3 til 5 pm with a vigil service starting at 5 pm, and at the church on Monday, June 4 from 10 am until the time of the service.
