I am a neighbor who enjoyed seeing Steve out working on his yard. My favorite memory is when your stray cat became your cat. I said your cat is so cute and he said in his gruff voice, that’s not my cat. I said well it is now. He was a bright spot each and every day. Condolences to your family.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I only got to meet this very funny man on his visits to Texas. He always had a funny comment to make and a smile to share. (Well I know he was smiling on the inside). Your family will need great strength to get through the heartache they have coming their way. I know you loved all of them more than anything and will be keeping an eye on them, as they now have an amazing guardian angel. Just so you know when Marcey gets back to Texas we will all take care of her, Rest easy you sweet, funny man.

Steve was such a fun loving friend. He had a wicked sense of humor and I had many moments of laughter with him. I met Steve through sports on the basketball court. Later we golfed together and shared many stories. He will be missed. My sincere condolences to the family. May you find peace in your memories.

I worked for Steve at plt.6, when he spoke you listened. I have much respect for him when you were one of his people he took care of you I am so thankful I was one of his people. So many laughs even though he never laughed or barely smiled his since of humor was fantastic at least to me. It has been 20 years since I worked with him but the memories will always be there. So to all of his family I pray God wraps his arms around you and gives you his peace. Know how blessed you were that God choose you to be his family because you were truly loved. With our Deepest Sympathy Mark and Barb Paquette

(Ok so I messed up the first message by accidentally sending it before finishing).
Steve was the person I looked so forward to seeing at any family event because of his wit, crazy charm, the Guy with the biggest smile of any one, which was just dazzling!! He had a heart of gold, and I am simply heart broken that he is gone. But I know he lives on inside each of us because of how he touched people so profoundly. RIP, Stevie!!

Steve called me a “jerk” from the day I was born. Forever I will welcome that as a term of endearment because of him, and think of him when I hear it. Thoughts and prayers for Marilyn and the entire Iggy family.

I remember Steve as a great guy, personable, down to earth fellow. One of the rare people in management at plt. 6. He helped me out in a personal problem going out of his way to help. Very sorry for your loss and with prayers said.

I hold awesome memories in my heart of the many emails from Steve that were him sending me a joke. Often I asked for more on those days I felt down, and he always lifted my spirits.
I loved Steve as if he were MY cousin and not Bob’s cousin. May God comfort you and his family as only He is able to do.

Steve was a great guy and a better boss. We worked and enjoyed each others company and sense of humors for many years. We had many projects and solved many tough problems together. Steve was the best and will be missed greatly by his friends, co-workers and especially by his family which he always adored

For years at Maple Hill I would see him coming in. Here comes T-R-O-U-B-L-E. He called me a brat, called me a priss, but always made sure I knew he was joking before he would leave. Heaven doesn’t know what it’s in for. Enjoy your peace T-R-O-U-B-L-E.
