Terrance L. “Terry” Wagner, 68, of Midland, died on “The best day of my life”, at MidMichigan Medical Center-Midland on July 31, 2010 of Melanoma. Terry was born on Oct. 20, 1941 in Midland to the late Frances M. (Corbat) and Elmer W. Wagner. Then on April 16, 1971 he married his sweetheart Kathleen M. Kennedy at St. Brigid’s. Terry served honorably in the U.S. Army from 1960 to 1962. He worked form Dow Corning and Dendritech retiring in 1993. Terry was a member of Assumption BVM Church and volunteered at The Open Door. Terry is survived by his wife Kathleen; daughters, Mary Ann (Todd) Thurston of Gaylord, Julie (Michael) Clark of Clackamas, Or; sons, Mark (Rachel) Watson of Denver, Co, Michael (Peggy) Wagner of Midland; grandchildren, Ryan and Blake Bartlett, Amelia and Austin Bartlett, Ashley and Raianne Watson, Michaela and Chad Clark, Griffin and Reilly Wagner; sister, Mary Wagner of Midland; sister-in-law, Patricia Harris of Charlevoix and many friends. A Prayer Vigil will be held at Assumption BVM Church on Tues. Aug. 3 at 7:00 pm and a Funeral Mass will be held at Assumption BVM Church on Wed., Aug. 4 at 11:00 am with Father Kevin Maksym and Deacon Al Oliver officiating. The family will receive friends on Wed. from 10:00 am until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Pardee Cancer Treatment Fund or to The Open Door of Midland.
