Warren H. Thrush, Sr., 80, of Hope, passed away on December 28, 2018 at his home surrounded by family. He was born on May 22, 1938 to the late Hartley and Eunice (Guthrie) Thrush. On September 28, 1957 he married Lilah Powlus and they had 61 wonderful years together.


Warren worked at Lee’s Linen for 34 years and Midland Ford for over 10 years retiring in 2004. He enjoyed hunting, fishing watching sports and family parties.


Warren is survived by his wife, Lilah, children, Phyllis (Mike) Hamilton, Ken Thrush, Linda (Ed) Brink, Gerald (Michaelene) Thrush, Roger Thrush, Tim Thrush, Warren (Stacey) Thrush, Jr., 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.


Warren was predeceased by his parents, daughters, Marcia and Gail, brothers, Richard, Joseph (Don), Stan and sister, Catherine Wellman.
