Willard B. “Bruce” Luzadder, 70, of Midland died on Aug. 3, 2012 at MidMichigan Medical Center-Midland. Bruce was born on Sept. 13, 1941 in Hartford City, Indiana to the late Charles A. and Mary Ruth (Suite) Luzadder. Bruce served his country honorably during the Vietnam War as a Medic. Bruce loved to fish, golf, word working (he always had projects going), crocheting (he made scarves, hats, Christmas stockings, blankets and beautiful baby blankets), collecting little toy cars and M&M toys. He was also a writer who had several works published. Bruce is survived by his son, Ron (Dawna) Luzadder and their children, Michael, Justin and Shantel; son Scott; daughter Lyrea Saladin and her children Shaun and Brittani; sisters, Beth Hopkins, Beverly (Tom) Koons; brother Clyde (Debra) Luzadder; and his special friend Nancy Meadows. A Funeral Service will be held at Smith-Miner Funeral Home, 2700 W. Wackerly, on Tuesday, Aug. 7 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Hodet officiating. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 1 pm until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Midland City Cemetery.
